US cheese stocks eased 2.4 million pounds between June and July

CME NDM continued to march upward, gaining $0.0650 from last Friday and closing at $1.8650 per pound. Blocks finished at $1.4825 per pound, $0.0450 lower week-over-week, while barrels held steady from the previous Friday’s closing price at $1.5650.

Trump Proposes Lifting Tariff Rate Quota on 300,000 Metric Tons of Beef Imports

President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social Friday morning that the United States will allow up to 300,000 metric tons of foreign beef intended for ground beef to be imported without an out-of-quota tariff. President Trump intends to reduce prices for Americans while giving space for the “Great American Beef Herd” to grow again in a new deal.
